Editorial policy

Accuracy matters more than speed when a wrong date can cost someone an attempt. This page explains exactly how JobJha publishes information.

Sources we use

We only publish from official sources: commission and board websites, ministry portals and official notifications (usually on gov.in or nic.in domains). We do not publish information that appears only on social media, coaching websites or forwarded messages.

Automated monitoring

An automated system visits a fixed list of official notice pages twice a day. It identifies itself as JobJhaBot, respects robots.txt and waits between requests so it never burdens government servers. When it finds a new notice it records the exact source URL and the time it was found.

Human review

  • New notices from an official domain that clearly match a known exam are published automatically, with a link to the source.
  • Anything that changes a date or fee, introduces a new exam, or cannot be matched confidently is held for an editor to review before it appears.
  • The system never deletes information on its own.

Timestamps

Exam pages show when they were last reviewed against official sources. Pages that have not yet been re-checked by an editor say so clearly. Each update shows the date it was published or detected.

Corrections

If you spot an error, write to contact@jobjha.com with the page link and the official source. We correct verified errors promptly and record the change in the page history.
